Overwatch<\/strong> – Wait, people still care about Overwatch? I kid, I kid. But seriously, I wonder how this will go over. It seems like it\u2019s coming too late, but the Switch is still hot, so who knows. I won\u2019t be playing it, that\u2019s for sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luigi\u2019s Mansion 3<\/strong> – I skipped this whole segment because I do not want to know any more about this game before I actually play it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Super Kirby Clash<\/strong> – I spent months playing this freemium game on 3DS and now it\u2019s back and with a ton more content and more multiplayer options. Here we go again…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trials of Mana<\/strong> – Having played the original many times\u2026 there wasn\u2019t much \u201cnews\u201d here for me. Your characters\u2019 costumes change when you change class. Imagine that! Still, I think this is currently my most anticipated game of 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return of the Obra Dinn<\/strong> – The video locked up while this was playing but it was fine because it didn\u2019t seem like anything I cared about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little Town Hero<\/strong> – I was already provisionally excited because Original RPG by Game Freak, but then they say that the soundtrack was done by Toby Fox and I\u2019m like Hell Yes Mexicans!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smash<\/strong> Ultimate<\/strong> – Banjo and Kazooie today! Hooray! Also I know lots of people wanted a more\u2026 diverse<\/em> SNK rep, but I\u2019m super happy for Terry Bogard. White guys gotta smash, you know?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link\u2019s Awakening<\/strong> – Skipped this too because it\u2019s two weeks out and I want any new content to be a surprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dragon Quest XI S<\/strong> – Skipped this too because I\u2019m not buying it again. It\u2019s a really excellent game, but a double-dip just doesn\u2019t fit into my time or money budgets. If I\u2019ve said it once, I\u2019ve said it a thousand times: DQXI is the last<\/em> game that needs more content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tokyo Mirage Sessions<\/strong> – I won\u2019t lie, I\u2019m interested, because I never played it on Wii U. But, I do<\/em> own it on Wii U, so I\u2019ll probably just continue to never play that copy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadly Premonition 2<\/strong> – Speaking of games that I own for other consoles but have never played, I have the first Deadly Premonition on Xbox 360 and I still hope to make time for it one day…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deadly Premonition Origins<\/strong> – Aww man, I\u2019d definitely be more likely to make time for it if I had it on Switch.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Divinity: Original Sin 2<\/strong> – I kind of hate the title, but my boss has told me many good things about the first game, so I\u2019m interested. Though I likely still won\u2019t buy this, it\u2019s nice that it\u2019s on Switch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doom 64<\/strong> – I was very excited by this announcement, even though I have gone on record<\/a> calling Doom 64 \u201cpoop from a butt\u201d. I don\u2019t know why I remember it so fondly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rogue Company<\/strong> – Online team-based shooter? Nope. Not for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pok\u00e9mon Sword & Shield<\/strong> – Uninteresting new features, but Galar pok\u00e9mon continue to be excellent. I am a big fan of Cramorant, and Polteageist is my new favourite pok\u00e9mon ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tetris 99 Version 2<\/strong> – Cool. I wish I played more Tetris 99. Maybe now I will?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mario & Sonic 2020 Olympics<\/strong> – Skipped. I just don\u2019t care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daemon X Machina<\/strong> demo 2 – Skipped. I do<\/em> care, but I don\u2019t need another demo. The first one already sold me. (Although this may have to wait for Xmas or something.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jedi Knight II<\/strong> – I rented this for GameCube once, and it was really fun. I didn\u2019t finish the story mode, but I played a lot of multiplayer against the AI. Don\u2019t feel the need to revisit it, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Witcher 3<\/strong> – Skipped. I know this is a very popular and acclaimed video game, but it does absolutely nothing for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assassin\u2019s Creed Rebel Collection <\/strong>– Speaking of popular games that do nothing for me\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dauntless<\/strong> – I played it a bunch on PS4 and liked it, but decided to break it off after about a month. It does a lot of neat things to differentiate itself from Monster Hunter, but also it\u2019s really buggy and the monster designs are kinda bland. A Switch version isn\u2019t gonna reel me back in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sizzle reel<\/strong> – Skipped because it seemed to be a lot of generic racing and Just Dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Animal Crossing: New Horizons<\/strong> – Nope. I\u2019m not going through that again. Never again. Never, never, never.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition<\/strong> – Yes, I will buy this game a third time. Xenoblade is probably my favourite Wii game, and now it\u2019s got good character models and new content.
